Day 1:
Arrived at Changi airport at 5.50am and my flight was at 8am. Well, seems like my parents were more excited than me and they had beaten my aunt's family by reaching so early. We only got to check-in our luggages at near 7am when most of the members for tis tour had arrived (and yes, tour as in tour packaged).
Flight didn't take too long and we landed in Hong Kong. It's really amazing to see how small is HK when the plane was spiraling around the island before touching down (and of cos, when i've landed it's a different thing, the island didn't seem as small as it was when i was 'up' there).
Wasted some time waiting for the ferry to Macau and assembling of the tour members. The thing tat left a deep impression on me was that the air smells, tasted and felt like exhaust everywhere i went to. *cough cough*
We had free and easy by the time we reach Macau and it was like 5 plus already, imagine the time wasted to go there. So sis requested to go to Venetian Hotel where it was one of the setting for "Boys Over Flowers". The place was super posh and you can really feel as if u won't b able to buy anything there, lol. The casino is located at the 1st story and anyone above 18 are allowed to enter, of cos u can always choose not to waste your money there and jus 'kope' some mineral water from the lady serving them, and that was me plus not forgetting my evil sista, wahahahah. After spending alittle more time there, sis wanted to get the famous Portuguese egg tarts from there but every single one was sold out. The kind sales person told us they hav got another branch not too far away from our location but cabbing there would still b a better choice. However we choose to rely on 'Bus 11' (most likely our parents wanted to see more of Macau's nite scenery).
Time left for us wasn't suffice as it was already nite time so we went on an adventure to look for the egg tarts, but still with no avail. Instead we found 'fish eggs' at the local 7-11 where they had a counter to cook 'fresh' fishballs for customers who ordered them (fish eggs = fish balls). Gotten some of the local delights along the wat before we cabbed back to our hotel and ended our 1st day of the trip. *yawnz*
