Day started off with me supposedly meeting up with yanjie, ryan, zijun, yong zhen and jing xiang for rockclimbing at yishun safra. Weather was totally too screw up for any outdoor activities so zijun pang seh-ed cos of tat. Ryan had a little hang over so he pang seh-ed. Yanjie overslept and he claims tat he isn't feeling well so he pang seh-ed as well. So we tot tat we can try indoor rockclimbing so i suggested going to climb adventure as they provides tat kind of facility. However they closed down their place at tanjour pagar and moved to balestier, so we made an empty trip. Having the need to meet my BMT maties afterwards at around 2, i hav no choice but to ask them to go again another day.
Made my way to Douby Ghout and found out tat only 2 turned up (there were more who turned up later as well). Tried calling others and there are only 2 outcomes; don't wanna come or jus don't wanna pick up the call. It's a little disappointing though for those who don't even bother to notify me when they are not coming though. The gathering isn't wat i've expected but it didn't turn out as bad as i've initially tot. There are awkward moments when we don't really hav topics to tok about but i didn't regret meeting up with them. And it's definitely good to hear from them tat everyone is still doing well, they prep me for my ORD as well in the sense tat we are all the same so i don't feel as sad and uncertain as before. Even though there are still uncertainties which are undeniable, i'm more or less being able to cope with that alittle by alittle cos it's not the end of the world and life still goes on from where we stop after we graduated.
Jus a few more hrs b4 i collect my IC, had a wonderful catch up with friends and brothers. 2years to think back isn't really tat long. I remember tat the 1st day when i got enlisted i was only 20yrs old and now 22 going 23. This 2 years is just the time for us to be unreal for the time being or rather time for us to think of wat we shd b doing after tat (for those who actually does think about it). Now 2 yrs had passed, it's time to snap out of everything and get ready to pick up from where we last land our feet on the society.
Rushed through the whole of saturday to finish the magnets cos i know tat i won't hav time for today. A way to show my appreciation to my camp mates and friends and mayb a way to force to to remember me and tat i've been in tuas before, haha.
p.s 'The day earth stood still' shd change it's name to either 'The day alien came to earth, had a little killing spree and left' or 'The day u drop ur jaws in dismay after watch such a no ending movie'
