Another year has come and coincidentally my b'day falls on Good Friday yet again, so everyone gets a day off from my b'day, kinda?
The Ubin trip was cancelled the day before our embarkment so tat leaves 1/2 of my friday free with nothing to do other than playing the lifeless restaurant city on facebook, haha. Luckily there's a movie session at nite, if not i will truely hav a stay-home-do-nothing b'day tis year.
I hav to pass something to jafar at 4.30 and since i'm supposed to meet the guys at bugis at around 5.30p.m (usually i will go out 1hr before the meeting time so i won't b late.), so it's jus nice for me as i can pass my portable speaker to him and take the train without being late. However he was 20mins late, sianz, so by the time he arrived i was very late already. I was really pissed by the fact tat i've already told him not to b late few hours ago but he still did. When he arrived, he handled me a b'day present so for tat part i think he's forgiven, haha.
So we went to watch "Shinjuku Incident" at the new cinema (Filmgarde) at bugis, the ticket was only $6, and it's bought thru internet bookin! The movie wasn't really outstanding but still watchable i guess. After tat i suggested to go budget so we went to food junction for dinner, the food wasn't tat bad and they ordered steamboat for 2 (it's food court style so don't expect much, haha) and lots of side dish, it's really very worth the money. Had desserts at NYDC but i only ordered a single scoop though cos i'm afraid tat they will pay for me (which they really did and b'cos i'm really quite bloated at tat point of time also).
After tat jin hao drove us home and we ended up lost as edgar couldn't recognise the road to his house when we left bugis. Well, my day ended like tat when i reached home at 12a.m. Although there's no big hoo-haa party or celebrations, i still enjoyed my time with them. Lastly, a big thx to all my friends who had wished me, esp Chye Kim and Ke Xin, i didn't expect you guys to remember tis day though, it really caught me off guard and left me with loads and loads of guiltiness. Thx to my mom for the mee sua and ang bao even though it's more likely to b the money i gav her on my payday. Thx to my sis for wishing me happy b'day on 12am 10 of April. Thx for all the love i've received, hehe. Love u guys, muakz! >:P
